Service & Repairs

Repair Order

Register your faulty machine for repair here – for equipment from all manufacturers. Complete the order, send it off and simply bring the machine in, or enclose the printed order with it.

What needs to be repaired?

3. Fault Description

Important A missing fault description can lead to higher repair costs! If no clear fault can be identified or determined, it is essential that you supply all accessories with the machine so that we can test the complete system.

4. Accessories Enclosed

Important For TIG welding machines and plasma cutting machines, the torch hose assembly must be supplied with the machine.

5. Your Requests

Enclose the printed repair order with the machine – or have us collect it.

6. Order & Storage

By submitting this order and handing over the faulty machine, you instruct Helmut Zerrle Schweißtechnik-Großhandel GmbH to carry out a diagnosis and repair. The following assemblies are checked / replaced:

General / Housing

  • – Visual incoming inspection
  • – Cleaning

Main Power Circuit

  • – Mains plug / cable
  • – Main switch / contactor
  • – Duty cycle / function

Controls

  • – Operability
  • – Test welding
  • – Factory settings

Accessories

  • – Earth cable / torch hose assembly
  • – Coolant circuit
  • – Undercarriage / pressure regulator

Repairs using standard components are carried out without further consultation or the preparation of a cost estimate. Labour and parts are charged on a time-and-materials basis. If the fault diagnosis identifies costly special components that need to be ordered specifically, we will contact you to agree on how to proceed and on whether the repair is economically worthwhile.

We store machines free of charge for two weeks. The success of a repair cannot be guaranteed.
