Repair Order

By submitting this order and handing over the faulty machine, you instruct Helmut Zerrle Schweißtechnik-Großhandel GmbH to carry out a diagnosis and repair. The following assemblies are checked / replaced:

Repairs using standard components are carried out without further consultation or the preparation of a cost estimate. Labour and parts are charged on a time-and-materials basis. If the fault diagnosis identifies costly special components that need to be ordered specifically, we will contact you to agree on how to proceed and on whether the repair is economically worthwhile.

We store machines free of charge for two weeks. The success of a repair cannot be guaranteed; you may reclaim your machine in its current condition at any time. The costs of the work performed up to that point remain payable even if the machine is not in working order. From the 11th day of storage, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of 25 € per day.
