Do you also repair third-party makes?
Yes. Our workshop repairs and maintains welding and cutting equipment from all manufacturers – regardless of where you purchased the machine.
Do you also supply gas?
We plan and install centralised gas supply systems and advise you on the right shielding gas solution for your business. Simply get in touch.
How quickly do you deliver?
Around 50,000 items are permanently in stock at our warehouse. Orders usually leave our premises the same working day – via daily parcel dispatch.
Do you offer demonstration machines?
Yes. We demonstrate equipment at our premises or directly in your production facility. On request, we carry out welding trials with your own workpieces.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes. We also carry out installation, training, maintenance and safety inspections at your premises – throughout Bavaria and Swabia.

Do you offer loan machines in the event of a breakdown?
Yes. If your machine breaks down in the middle of production, we will where possible provide you with a loan machine at short notice while we repair yours – so your production keeps running.
Do you also supply businesses outside Augsburg?
Yes. We advise and deliver throughout Bavaria and Swabia – consumables are dispatched nationwide via daily parcel service.
Can you handle the regular supply of welding wire and consumables?
Gladly. On request, we set up a regular supply of wire, electrodes and wear parts – so you never run out of materials.
